Vikki Dupuis
General Manager – Vikki has been trained in the Administrative/Accounting and Purchasing duties in the office equipment and supplies industry for 11 years before purchasing Ribbon Revival Ltd. with her husband, Michael. She has a vast understanding of our RRL environmental compatible and brand name (OEM) products, ensuring the best product is in your printers/copiers and/or fax machines. Vikki has a special interest in environmental impact and e-waste.
Michael Dupuis
Operations Manager – Michael is trained as a Toner Technician and Printer Technician. He is head of research in our technical department for our RRL Compatible Cartridges, he believes you have to understand the environment in which you are building your product to ensure it’s highest quality. He trains all RRL Technicians with the same understanding so our product maintains its high quality consistancy.
Brianne
Office Manager - Brianne is able to handle most of your needs, from pricing to order processing! She is our first line of customer service and enjoys talking to clients and making sure their needs are met; if she doesn’t know the answer she will always try to find it out for you! Brianne also handles our Acct’s Receivable.
Michelle
Toner Technician – Michelle can do it all! She is trained as a Toner Technician and also as an Admin Ass’t! She has been with us for 3 1/2 years and works with us part time during the school year and full time in the summer. So if Michelle answers the phone never hestiate on picking her brain or placing an order.
Coreen
Driver/Warehouse Assistant – Coreen is the newest member of our team! She is the happy friendly face delivering product and picking up your empties. As she is on a tight schedule making sure all deliveries are made to ALL clients who requested delivery; we ask that any questions, concerns or assitance required be called or emailed into the office. Also, please have your empties available upon delivery for her to pick up.
Toddler on Site
Entertainment – Important to our operations, she keeps the office entertained and is a great stress relief!
Jackson
The Dog – He greets, barks and is generally so excited you walked through the door that he tends to jump more than he should (We Deliver!). He is a good and a very high strung dog, he is excited to play ball if you care to kick or throw it.
